Event Description:

Reimagine a life of purpose, and ways that your fulfillment might contribute to making our world a better place. More than a religious holiday, Easter is a time when cultures around the world, collectively honor that humans are more than flesh and bones alone and capable of amazing things. This 3-day meditation series is an opportunity to deepen and/or reinvigorate your practice.

When we each live a life of purpose, in harmony with the greater good, we do our part to help our world become a better place. Each time you practice meditation, however subtly, you are changed. You have the power to choose how you’ll show up in life, and for life, from this point forward.

Rather you’ve practiced Mindfulness for beginners, contemplative Christian meditation, or traditional Buddhist practices, there’s something here for everyone who has an appreciation for how this holiday captures the spiritual imagination.

Saturday 12:00pm – 1:30pm Online LINK HERE: Toning Sound Mandalas

An experiential introduction to Sound Mandalas as a practical Sacred Sound tool and exploration of the benefits of singing, humming, or toning on the body/mind system via the Vagus nerve. Utilizing the power of our individual beliefs, as combined with feeling frequencies and vocalization as an Affirmative Prayer 3x prayed.

Reimagine living a life of purpose and ways that your fulfillment might contribute to making our world a better place. After a brief discussion, our time together will culminate with an immersive shared experience of Sacred Sound. Participants are asked to enter the chapel in silent reverence as we gather together in the name of life.

What to bring:

Yoga mats, blankets, & pillows for optimal lying comfort.

Peripheral seating provided if preferred.

$50.00 for full weekend if Registered by Sat, March 24.

$60 after March 24th, or $20 per session
